Born in St Asaph, Wales, print-maker David Mortimer-Jones studied Fine Art in Liverpool and at the University of Reading. Afterwards he spent a year-long Boise Scholarship at the British School, Rome.
He founded the Conwy Print Workshop in North Wales. He is also a member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers and the Royal Cambrian Academy.
The University of Reading Art Collection holds one etching by Mortimer-Jones, entitled ‘Our Back Garden’.
